We know how important it is to secure cargo during transport, especially when it comes to production machinery and equipment. Any damage can result in delays in production start-up and therefore financial losses. This is why we always help to tailor a solution such that the equipment is well protected against both external and mechanical influences. We select transport packaging according to the mode of transport - different means work for land transport, others for air transport and still others for sea transport. The shape of the load is also important, as not every device will fit into a standard wooden transport box. As a manufacturer of transport boxes, we can carry out any design and adapt the packaging to the specifics of the load. We also offer accessories, for example safety films.

Manufacturer of transport packaging - offer

As a manufacturer of transport packaging, we supply, among other things, standard crates made of wood that meet phytosanitary standards. We carry out fumigation treatments, which are required for international transport. Fumigation is aimed at removing small pests that hollow out small channels in the surface of the wood. The pests nested in the wood move to other regions with the cargo, and this leads to their invasion of new areas. With fumigation, the risk of pest expansion is eliminated and the carrier can guarantee the highest quality standards. Furthermore, compliance with phytosanitary standards is a requirement within the European Union. Therefore, each of our transport boxes is clearly labelled to show that the standards are met and the fumigation techniques used.

Thanks to the fumigation drying of the wood, the crate structure is stable and does not deform during sea transport, for example. We use different board cross sections and construction types - from lightweight openwork crates to solid, massive structures with all-round formwork. Depending on the customer's needs and the specifics of the cargo to be transported, as a manufacturer of transport crates we offer:

Solid boxes

Robust construction made of boards of the appropriate thickness for maximum protection against mechanical damage, dirt and atmospheric agents. Used for transporting machinery, engines, structural components, industrial equipment.

Openwork boxes

A lighter version of wooden crates, made in the form of a frame with planking. Designed for the transport of weather-resistant components or where weight reduction is key.

Reinforced cases

For particularly heavy or non-standard loads, we design wooden boxes with additional reinforcements - e.g. double bottoms, reinforcing beams, steel fittings or special systems to stabilise the load.

Transport platforms

We also manufacture platforms for securing pallets. The platforms make it possible to safely transport large and bulky loads of irregular shape on a pallet. We also offer pallet strapping straps.

Manufacturer of transport boxes - what else do we offer?

Another product in our range is transport boxes made of OSB (Oriented Strand Board). It is a versatile and economical solution that is widely used in national and international transport - both in industrial logistics and in securing unit loads. OSB is made by pressing together layers of wood shavings, arranged in different directions and bonded with special resins. By retaining the fibrous nature of the wood during the manufacturing process, the material combines the characteristics of high mechanical strength with relatively low weight. This is crucial in the design of transport boxes - especially in air or sea transport, where the weight of the cargo is a significant cost consideration. Our OSB transport boxes are characterised by:

• high compressive and bending strength,
• stable construction, providing protection even for heavier components,
• resistant to mechanical damage and vibration during transport,
• the possibility of using additional reinforcements in sensitive areas (e.g. corners, bottom of the box),
• easy to adapt the dimensions and design to the specific load.

Depending on customer needs we manufacture OSB boxes in various sizes and load capacities - from lightweight disposable packaging to robust, large-scale reusable structures.

We also offer clip boxes, which are a modern solution for reusable transport packaging. Their main advantage is the use of special fittings and steel clips, enabling the structure to be assembled and disassembled in a flash without the use of specialised tools. Characteristics of clip-on boxes include:

• the case can be opened and closed repeatedly without losing its strength properties,
• quick assembly and disassembly thanks to metal fittings, locks and clips,
• Modular design for easy transport of the box when unfolded (saves space when storing and transporting empty containers),
• boxes can be made in standard versions or with individual interior adjustments (partitions, foam, cushioning lining),
• optional safety features: transport handles, hinges, safety locks, special reinforcements. We also offer made-to-measure tarpaulins.

Clip-on cases are ideal for transporting items that require multiple packing and unpacking - e.g. spare parts, production line components, service tools or electronic equipment.
