Your responsibilities

  • Maintaining employee records in accordance with labour legislation, including the preparation of documents relating to the employment relationship (employment contracts, civil law contracts, other forms of employment);
  • Maintaining payroll, calculating salaries, preparing pay slips;
  • preparation of social security, PFRON, GUS and PIT declarations;
  • keeping records and accounting for working time;
  • independently drafting and correcting application and settlement documents in the Płatnik programme;
  • operation of the PPK programme;
  • issuing salary and other certificates for employees;
  • running the Company Social Benefits Fund;
  • drafting, monitoring and updating of rules and procedures;
  • cooperation with external companies, i.e. subcontractors and temporary work agencies

Our requirements

  • very good knowledge of labour, health and safety at work and social security legislation
  • at least 3 years' experience as a freelance HR and payroll specialist - experience in the manufacturing industry desirable
  • university degree
  • meticulousness, self-reliance, accuracy, good organisation of work, readiness to continuously expand knowledge


  • knowledge of the German language
